The Awakening Festival is back in its sixth edition in Bangkok. This year is a very special event that moves the venue from Charoenkrung to key landmarks in Phra Nakorn and Flower Market (Pak Klong Tarad) such as the Flower Market, Yodpiman Riverwalk, Bamrung Mueng and Feueng Nakhon Roads, and the Giant Swing.
Time Out Bangkok is organizing Awakening Festivals in Chiangmai and Bangkok in strategic partnership with Amazing Thailand and Alliance Francaise Bangkok. The theme of Awakening Bangkok 2023 is “Time Passage” representing historic streets, the lights and digital arts will be installed in old communities, bridges, Saranrom Park, and so on. The highlight that everyone doesn’t miss is to see digital art that is displayed on the wall of the former printing house “Bamrung Nukun Kit”. The digital art is telling the story of Bangkok from the past until the present time.
